Organisational culture attributes believes and values that are existed within an organisation for a long term. That could be identify organisational administration has a greater level of  influence over its culture. These organisational cultures been adopted by their administrators to enable employees to achieve strategic corporate objectives efficiently and effectively.

Considering annual growth of companies many establishments reliant on their top performing employees. Therefore its crucial for companies to retain their much valued assets to remain in the game. Considering retention generally deciding factor could be monetary but a survey carried out by Harvard University revealed that employers in the US assumes 89% of employees leave for money or rather perks but in reality only 12% leave for better perks. Therefore organisational cultures has much more influence over employee retention.

Sir Richard Branson CEO of one of market giant's; Virgin Group, revealed the importance of retaining much valued human assets for keeping sustainable competitive advantage and he pointed out employee freedom, foresight and friendly approach are crucial when establishing an effective organisational culture.

Referring to my own experience at Ellis Coco, we as a management team, have understood the importance of retaining much valued human assets, therefore I have initiated to carry out programs beyond factory walls. We have an annual budget for employee welfare, from which we carried out programs to improve lives of employees as well as their families. This approach helps us to retain much valued assets and a study revealed an average employment life time comes around eight years.

Therefore it could be identify in the contemporary context organisations have understood the importance of establishment of quality organisational cultures to keep their market position and to achieve mutual employer and employee goals.
