Employer & Employee Relationship

When employees have a strong and a healthy relationship with their employers that would mutually benefited. From the employee side will have a happy and a pleasant atmosphere at work and from the employer side will achieve corporate objectives more effectively and efficiently. For an example that myself eye witnessed  in my own factory, employees who are more closer and friendlier are tend to work longer than their scheduled timings without any of complaints or demands and shows a higher degree of efficiency plus I privileged myself to obtain more ground level information which are crucial at times of decision making.

When an employee enjoys being around their manager and co-workers, they are less likely to seek out conflicts. Therefore higher the productivity otherwise wise versa. Virgin group introduced flexible working hours therefore employees been able to spend more time with their families and avoid typical tired and boring straight shifts, this leads to lesser or no conflicts at any of their work floors which obviously lead to higher productivity.

Losing a skilled employee could be crucial specially when he or she moved to a competitor. Employees who do not have closer relationship with their employers less likely to communicate their practical issues therefore more likely to leave. Lesser the retention higher the training and development costs as well as leaking out corporate secrets. Toyota enables their employees to achieve self actualizing through work and annually conduct employee satisfaction surveys. These benefited them to formulate better talent management strategies and lessen the retention and keep on lead ahead of competitors.

Conclusion
Employee productivity has a direct impact on revenues. Employees who has positive attitudes towards their employers much likely to deliver their best effort. Higher the productivity, higher the revenues and better the profits.

Employers and employees should need to get engaged. Instead of traditional approach where employers pass much of pressures towards their employees, that has to be find the balance kind of liberal to achieve better corporate goals.
